Ohio Dominican University is a Catholic liberal arts university whose curriculum follows the Dominican tradition. Department of Education
The Department of Education in Ohio Northern University provides students with many opportunities, including the ability to study abroad and to present with faculty at state or national conferences. There are also scholarships available through the “Choose Ohio First” program if students choose to teach science, math, technology and engineering fields. Early and Middle Childhood Education
The Early and Middle Childhood Education program at Ohio Northern University immerses students in the educational field of study. Students are provided the opportunity to work with young people in a variety of settings. The Department of Teacher Education is part of the Patton College which has a strong tradition of being a leader in the education of teachers. Early Childhood Major (B.S. ED.)
