Completing a master’s degree is a good way to set oneself apart from his or her peers.
Why is Graduate School Necessary?

Because they do not have to adhere to state or national standards, they can make unconventional hiring choices. Their looser standards mean that they do not pay as much as public schools do. Some people stick with private school jobs just long enough to get the experience that will result in a public school job. Others find the private school environment freeing and invigorating.
