The University of New Orleans offers an online master of arts in Romance languages that allows up to 12 hours of credit to be transferred from another institution of higher learning. It is a 30-33 credit hour program depending on whether you elect the thesis option or not. The online graduate tuition rate for the University of New Orleans is calculated differently than most schools, but when you take their out of state rate for 6 hours ($3852) and divide it by 6 you arrive at an hourly tuition of $642 for our purposes.
#9 – Michigan State University
